DINA LOHAN is being sued for fraud in Las Vegas by businessman Antonio Almeida, who claims she failed to return $400,000 he loaned her four years ago to kick-start troubled daughter Lindsay’s music career. The 21-year-old actress/wannabe singer/rehab queen dumped Almeida once she scored a deal with Casablanca Records, the New York Post reports. Casablanca subsequently released her album, “A Little More Personal (Raw).”
